Accountant: Full time, days. BA in Accounting required. Five years’ experience in daily accounting, cash, payroll and purchasing transactions and activities required. High level of knowledge in Excel and MedHost software a plus.
Accounting Specialist: Full time, days. High school degree or equivalent required. 2-3 years accounts payable experience processing invoices required. Must have knowledge of general ledger and accounting principles with the ability to communicate with vendors and physicians. Bachelors in Accounting and healthcare experience preferred.
Surgery/Procedure Scheduler: Southwest Orthopaedic Group full-time, day position. 3 years’ experience scheduling diagnostic and surgical procedures along with insurance benefit verification and payer pre-certification/authorization. Ability to successfully explain benefits details and authorization requirements to internal and external customers is required.
Administrative Assistant: Temporary position, part-time, days. Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office setting required. Position responsible for scheduling appointments, creating documents and presentations for executive meetings. Excellent written, oral and customer service skills required with ability to multi-task. Experience working with all Microsoft products including Publisher required.
Nutrition Department Supervisor: Full-time, supervisor position responsible for supervising the day to day operations of our Nutrition Services department, ordering and inventory, and supervising kitchen staff. High school degree and 3 years of food service experience required. Food Manager Certificate and Culinary Certificate preferred.
Patient Care Tech: Full-time, all shifts. One year experience with a substance abuse population and/or detox unit preferred. Ability to have recovery orientated one-on-ones with clients, ability to conduct “check ins “and education groups. CNA preferred. BLS required.
Cook: Full-time, rotating day/evening shift. High school degree or equivalent. 2 years’ line cooking experience required with strong culinary background. Must have an understanding of HCCP rules and requirements. Hospital/healthcare experience a plus. Food handlers license required.
Nutrition Services Attendant: Full-time, rotating shifts. High school degree or equivalent required. 1 year healthcare or restaurant food service experience and food handler’s certificate is required. Attendant is responsible for obtaining food selections, delivering patient meals and assisting with food preparation.
Maintenance Mechanic II: Full-time with rotating call coverage. Graduate of a high school or technical school required. Two years’ facility maintenance and building repair experience required. HVAC, plumbing and electrical experience preferred. Must have the ability to multitask and adopt to change. Excellent communication, customer service required.
Materials Management Tech: Full-time, days. High school degree or equivalent. 2 years experience in a materials management setting with knowledge of medical supplies and shipping and receiving required. Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Excel and Word required. Healthcare experience preferred. Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
EVS Tech: Full-time, Tuesday-Saturday 11am to 7pm shift. Prior healthcare cleaning experience preferred. Position required to clean, pull linen and empty trash in patient rooms.
