Management

Business Development Manager:  We are searching for an experienced full time Business Development Manager with a proven track record working with smaller hospitals and/or Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASC’s) to join our team and support the growth of both hospitals.  This position will need to establish both the long-term and short-term business strategies, including development of new services and products, new market and sales activity and joint/inter-company activities. The successful hire will direct and coordinate these functions to assure economic objectives are achieved in each business unit.  Must haves: Direct experience working for a Hospital and or an ASC and is well versed in spine, total joint and urology practice and treatment. The ideal candidate will have a developed network of physician contacts and have strong new relationship building skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required with an Advance degree preferred.

 

Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse RN – Stepdown/Tele/MedSurg/ICU: Availability –  FT/PT/PRN Days/Nights; Must have 2 years recent acute care experience in Stepdown, Telemetry and/or ICU; BLS/ACLS Certification required.

Registered Nurse RN – Charge Nurse Day: Availability –  FT/PT/PRN Days/Nights; Must have 2 years recent acute care experience in stepdown, telemetry and/or ICU; BLS/ACLS Certification required.

Registered Nurse RN – Charge Nurse Night: Availability –  FT/PT/PRN Days/Nights; Must have 2 years recent acute care experience in stepdown, telemetry and/or ICU; BLS/ACLS Certification required.

Registered Nurse RN OR Circulator – Operating Room, Surgical Services (Surgery):Availability- FT/PT/PRN days, with call.  2 years’ RN Operating Room/Surgery experience in orthopedics, spine, plastics, gender reassignment and ENT procedures preferred.  Current BLS, ACLS and PALS required.  CNOR preferred.

Emergency: PRN, nights. 2 years’ emergency department or critical care experience required. BCLS, ACLS and PALS required. TNCC or ENPC preferred.

 

 

Allied Health

Certified Surgical Technologist:  Availability –  FT/PT/PRN Days/Nights; Must have 2 years’ experience as CST/Scrub Tech Operating Room/Surgery and experience in orthopedics and/or spine; BLS Certification required.

 

 

Support

Coder:   PRN .   RHIA and CCS certification and 4-5 years inpatient/obs, orthopedic and spine coding experience required.  Gender reassignment experience a plus.  Must have the ability to review inpatient records to verify/substantiate diagnosis/procedures and to abstract medical information.  Ability to communicate with physician to obtain or clarify diagnosis.

Registrar: Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum two years in hospital registration, experience preferred. Experienced in a medical customer service environment required. Experience in handling and balancing cash required. Able to operate computer software, phones, and other business systems.

Respiratory Therapist: M-F and some weekend shifts required, 36 hours per week.  CRT/RRT and ACLS/BLS required.  Able to work well independently.
