Now Hiring for the Following Positions:

Management

Controller: Full-time, exempt position requiring a minimum of two years in a supervisory role in an accounting environment.  Prefer CPA or CPA eligible with healthcare and/or public accounting experience.  Must be competent in AP, payroll, annual reporting and GL.  Responsible for establishing and maintaining the organizations accounting principles, practices, procedures and initiatives. Prepares financial reports, monthly financials and annual budgets.

 

Registered Nurse

Critical Care: Full-time, nights and PRN. 2-5 years ICU experience and ACLS required, CCRN preferred. Must be competent in the care of pulmonary, diabetic, heart cath and critical care patients.

Surgery: Full-time, days and PRN with call. 2 years of circulating experience in orthopedics, spine and ENT procedures preferred.

PACU:  PRN, days with call.  2 years’ experience in PACU or ICU required.  Must be competent in care of pre-op and post-op orthopedics, ENT and spine patients.  Current BLS, ACLS and PALS required.

Medical Surgical/Telemetry: Full-time, nights and PRN all shifts. 2 years acute care telemetry or critical care experience required.

 

Allied Health

Multi-Modality MRI/CT/Rad Tech:  PRN, with rotating call.  ARRT, MRT with 3 years’ experience in an acute care setting required.  Proficient in all aspects of MRI, CT and diagnostic radiology required.  Must have ability to work with little or no supervision.

MRI Technologist:  PRN, with rotating call.  ARRT with 3 years’ experience in an acute care setting performing CTs and MRIs required.  BLS certification required.

Physical Therapist: PRN, weekend days.  Inpatient therapy/acute care ortho experience preferred. Texas license and BLS required.

Surgical Technologist: Full-time, days and PRN with rotating call.    Certification with 2 years’ experience with emphasis on orthopedics/spine, ENT, and plastics required. BLS required.

Endoscopy Tech:  PRN days with call.  2 years’ experience in an endoscopy center or hospital unit required with knowledge of scope processing.  BLS required.

MLT/MT:  PRN, with rotating weekends.  Generalist with 3 years’ experience in an acute care laboratory required.  MT/MLT required.  ASCP certified or equivalent.

Social Worker: PRN, with call. 2-3 years acute care experience in a hospital setting required. Knowledge of discharge planning, psychiatric assessment and referrals, assessment of patient and family needs, social services planning and referrals to appropriate agencies and facilities required. LMSW preferred.

Support

Insurance Collector:  Full-time, days.  3 years’ experience in hospital and/or medical collections required.  Extensive knowledge of insurance carrier claims, payment policies, and timely filing and appeal deadlines required.  Patient collections experience a must.  Must have excellent customer service skills.

Insurance Verifier: Full-time, days.  One year experience with medical insurance benefit verification and insurance payer precertification/authorization requirements required.     Extensive knowledge of government and commercial insurance payment polices and requirements essential.  Familiarity with diagnostic and/or surgical procedures in a hospital setting required.

Patient Registrar: Full-time, days and PRN, weekends.  One year patient admitting/registration experience required. Knowledge of insurance payers and benefits/eligibility verification, Ability to prioritize work with excellent communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure.

Patient Care Tech – Med/Surg and Emergency: Full-time, nights and PRN. 2 years’ experience as a patient care provider in an acute care setting required. Excellent computer skills required. CNA/MA or EMT and BLS required.

Cook: Full-time, days. High school degree or equivalent. 2 years scratch cooking experience required with strong culinary background. Must have an understanding of HCCP rules and requirements. Hospital/healthcare experience a plus.

Barista: Full-time, 5:45am-2pm.  High school degree or equivalent required. 1 year experience making specialty coffee and blended drinks required.  Healthcare or restaurant food service experience preferred.

Nutrition Services Attendant: Full-time, days.  High school degree or equivalent required. 1 year healthcare or restaurant food service experience required.  Attendant is responsible for obtaining food selections, delivering patient meals and assisting with food preparation.  Food handler’s certificate is required.
