Business Office Manager: Responsible for managing the day to day operations and supervision of billers, collectors, cash posters and insurance verifiers. Minimum of 5 years hospital revenue cycle management experience required. Proper interpretation and follow-up on contracts with insurance company pertaining to rates, discounts and filing instructions. Proper utilization of federal and state credit collection regulations and guidelines. HIPAA compliance knowledge. Review and QA of EOB’s and RA’s to ensure payments are posted correctly. Understand the importance of Key Performance indicators and managing by the numbers. Interpret any and all revenue cycle reports.

Registered Nurse /
Clinical Practitioner

Orthopedic Physician Assistant: Full-time, days. Graduate of an accredited Physician’s Assistant program and licensed in the state of Texas required with current DEA and DPS prescriptive authority. Five years’ experience required preferably in orthopedics.

Charge Nurse- Surgical Services: Full-time, days with call. 4+ years’ of surgical experience in a hospital or surgery center required to include one year supervisory experience. Current BLS, ACLS and PALS required. AORN preferred.

Critical Care: Full-time, days, nights and PRN. Recent critical care experience and BLS/ACLS required. CCRN preferred. Must be competent in the care of all critical care patients willing to fill the charge nurse role.

Surgery: Full-time, days and PRN with call. 2 years of circulating experience in orthopedics, spine and ENT procedures preferred.

PACU:  Full-time, days and PRN with call.   2 years’ experience in PACU or ICU required.  Must be competent in care of pre-op and post-op orthopedics, ENT and spine patients.  Current BLS, ACLS and PALS required.

Emergency: PRN, nights. 2 years’ emergency department or critical care experience required. BCLS, ACLS and PALS required. TNCC or ENPC preferred.

Endoscopy RN: Full-time, days. 2 years’ nursing experience required. Endoscopy or outpatient surgery center experience preferred. BLS and ACLS required.

Allied Health

Certified Hand Therapist: Full-time, days. CHT required. Texas licensed Occupational Therapist preferred.

Surgical Implant Coordinator: Full-time, days. Three years’ surgical clinical experience and/or one year surgery supply/materials management experience required. CST preferred. Excellent computer skills a must. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Multi-Modality MRI/CT/Rad Tech:  PRN with rotating call.  ARRT, MRT with 3 years’ experience in an acute care setting required.  Proficient in all aspects of MRI, CT and diagnostic radiology required.  Must have ability to work with little or no supervision.

Echovascular Tech: Full-time, days with rotating call. RVT/RVS with 3 years’ experience in an acute care setting. Proficient in all aspects of echocardiography and vascular ultrasound required. BLS required.

Endoscopy Tech: Full-time, days with call. 2 years’ experience in an endoscopy center or hospital unit required with knowledge of scope processing. BLS required.

Physical Therapist: PRN, weekend days.  Inpatient therapy/acute care ortho experience preferred. Texas license and BLS required.

Medical Laboratory Scientist: PRN 12-hours shifts, rotating weekends. Generalist with 3 years’ experience in an acute care laboratory required. MT/MLT, ASCP certified or equivalent required.

Surgical Technologist: Full-time, days and PRN with rotating call.    Certification with 2 years’ experience with emphasis on orthopedics/spine, ENT, and plastics required. BLS required.

Social Worker:  PRN, with call.  2-3 years’ acute care experience in a hospital setting required. Knowledge of discharge planning, insurance authorizations, psychiatric assessment and referrals, social services planning and referrals to appropriate agencies and facilities required. LMSW preferred.


Billing Specialist: Full-time, days. 3 years hospital UB billing experience with government and commercial payers required. Experience with carrier claims submission policies, secondary and workers compensation claims filing required. Must be familiar with timely filing and appeal deadlines, and insurance payer reimbursement methodology.

Patient Services Representative: Full-time, days position with Austin Neurosurgeons. 2 years’ physician office front desk and registration experience required. Knowledge of referrals, insurance payer coverage, benefit/eligibility verification, and pre-certification/authorization requirements. Familiar with obtaining medical records and imaging orders. Ability to effectively screen calls for triage and escalate call when necessary.

Physician Office Medical Assistant:  Full-time, days. 3 years’ experience as a patient care provider in a physician clinic setting required. Certification or registration required. Athena EMR experience a plus.

Maintenance Mechanic II:  Full-time with rotating call coverage.  Graduate of a high school or technical school required.  Two years’ facility maintenance and building repair experience required.  HVAC, plumbing and electrical experience preferred.  Must have the ability to multitask and adopt to change.  Excellent communication, customer service required.

Cook: Full-time, rotating day/evening shift. High school degree or equivalent. 2 years’ line cooking experience required with strong culinary background. Must have an understanding of HCCP rules and requirements. Hospital/healthcare experience a plus. Food handlers license required.

Nutrition Department Supervisor: Full-time, supervisor position responsible for supervising the day to day operations of our Nutrition Services department, ordering and inventory, and supervising kitchen staff. High school degree and 3 years of food service experience required. Food Manager Certificate and Culinary Certificate preferred.

Nutrition Services Attendant: Full-time, rotating shifts.  High school degree or equivalent required. 1 year healthcare or restaurant food service experience and food handler’s certificate is required.  Attendant is responsible for obtaining food selections, delivering patient meals and assisting with food preparation.

Patient Care Tech-Med/Surg:  PRN, nights. 2 years’ experience as a patient care provider in an acute care setting required. Excellent computer skills required. CNA/MA or EMT preferred. BLS required.
